Resin Eyes Sale Policy
Welcome to my little eye shop. Now you have the chance to make your doll look even more beautiful and enchanting simply by adding a pair of handmade resin eyes to your faceup commission or ordering them separately.
I cast the
eyes by myself in my home studio, paint them, add fine details and finishes.
Quality is very important to me, so I always use the best quality materials to
cast and paint my eyes. However, bear in mind that some of the eyes can
sometimes have small amounts of dust or a bubble, be unsymmetrical or be of slightly
different sizes and off-centered pupils can also happen. This doesn’t mean that
their quality is lower, as these imperfections are hardly visible.
Currently, I
offer eyes from my own stock and eye commissions and pre-orders.
Before you
wish to order a pair of eyes please see the presented photos for each pair, and
make sure you like what you see (pardon the pun). My eyes are non-refundable
and I’m not responsible if you have chosen the incorrect size for your doll or
they don’t fit your doll. I will not accept an exchange for another pair.
Remember,
that once your parcel is dispatched you cannot change your order. Make sure you
are certain about what you want to buy.
Bear in mind, that the colours of the eyes may look different depending on the settings of the screen they are being viewed on.
1. BUY IN STOCK
Eyes in
stock will be updated from time to time on my blog and Instagram. You can simply order eyes in stock by
messaging me on instagram or via my email:

Please make sure you include in your email:
- Eye colour
and size
- Your details including delivery address and phone number
- Paypal address for your invoice
If your chosen eyes are in stock then you will receive a confimation email with payment details included.
2. EYE COMMISSION
Eyes commissions are available when ordering the faceup from me only. To commission me for a pair of eyes you need to fill in a short form send it to the stein0@wp.pl address along with you faceup commission form. Reference photos are very welcome. Some details may not work with small eyes, I will let you know if this will be the case with requested eyes.
-You cannot request any other eye size other than the sizes I offer.
-Once your
commission is complete you will receive a few high quality photos to approve
your request.
-Please don't request a commission if you're counterfeit friendly. I don't work with people who aren't pro-artist and support recasts/bootlegs.
-Payment for the commission needs to be made upfront.

5. PRICE AND SHIPPING COST:
Price per one pair of resin eyes: £45
+shipping : Local (PL): £2.50 (inpost). International: £8.50 (tracked). USA: from £35 (fedex)
6. PAYMENT:
- Payment
must be made within 24 hours of receiving your summary. I don’t offer reservations.
- I accept
payments to my PayPal*
- Please do
not ask me to change or check another currency. All the transactions are in GBP only.
* If you are
a UK or Polish customer you can request an online bank transfer, just let me know.
7. SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- I ship orders in a bubble wrap-lined envelope with Registered Mail insured (+ tracked) to the actual amount you paid for the eyes.
- Commissioners will have their shipping combined with their faceups commissions.
- I ship parcels in batches once I have completed a certain amount.
- I will not
send your order before I have received payment.
-Postponing shipping of your order (for next pre-order to combine shipping or so) is absolutely not possible. You can only request postoping shipping in the case that you are moving and changing your address or going on holiday and you will not be able to receive the delivery.
8. RETURNS/REFUND/ REPLACEMENT:
As previously mentioned, there is no return/refund policy for the eyes only replacement in specific situations. You will receive photos where you can confirm if you are happy with your eyes. I do not accept returns for the eyes you bought nor offer a refund if they don't fit your doll or you simply don't like them/changed your mind.
Before sending your eye order I will always check multiple times that I'm sending the right size to you. However, if you think that you have received the wrong size, you will need to send them back and they must be in the same condition as you received them. After this you'll receive a replacament pair in the right size. Any shipping cost is borne by you.
How to look
after your resin eyes?
Make sure you are careful with them and do not scratch them while installing them into the doll. Use a dry, soft piece of fabric to wipe/clean them. Do not use any rubbing alcohol or acetone. To prevent them from yellowing, keep them in box provided in a dark place if you’re not using them. Don’t leave them in direct sunlight.
